These terms govern your use of bemloria.com and any purchase you make through it. The site is operated by YOUNG SUNG TRADING COMPANY LIMITED ("Bemloria", "we", "us"), 75 Mody Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract. You confirm the information you give us at checkout is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method presented.

2. What you are buying

All items listed are cushion covers only. Inserts, pads and fillers are not included unless a listing says otherwise. Sizes are stated on each product page; please measure your existing insert before ordering.

3. Handmade goods and variation

Our covers are handwoven or hand-embroidered. Pattern placement, stitch density, colour depth between dye lots and finished dimensions will vary slightly from piece to piece and from the photographs shown. This variation is inherent to the craft and is not a defect. Screen calibration also affects how colours appear; we cannot guarantee an exact colour match to your display.

4. Care and suitability

All covers are dry clean only unless stated otherwise on the product page. Machine washing will shrink linen, pucker embroidery and damage silk velvet, and is not covered by any remedy. Silk and natural dyes fade in prolonged direct sunlight.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any import duty or tax charged by your destination country. Any price shown alongside a struck-through "compare at" figure refers to the manufacturer's suggested retail price for that design; it is a reference price, not necessarily a price at which the item has previously sold on this site. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.

Payment is taken at checkout. Your order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we send the shipping confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — because of a stock, pricing or fraud-screening issue — we will cancel it and refund you in full.

6. Cancellations and returns

You may cancel an order at no cost before it ships by emailing info@bemloria.com. Once shipped, our Return and Refund Policy applies and forms part of these terms.

7. Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to place fraudulent orders, to scrape or copy our content for commercial use, to introduce malicious code, or to interfere with the site's operation or security. We may refuse service or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect misuse.

9. Intellectual property

The text, images, layout and design on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This clause does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that governs that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong SAR have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
